sunday walk

We walked around the city yesterday, it turned out to be a nice day for the most part. There were lots of stuff to see

Mmmm yummy mangoes.

Little Otsu storefront by Jeremy Tinder. I think I'm going to buy this journal.

Momo with her doggles. It helps protect her eyes cuz she keeps bumping into things and hurting herself. We keep getting chuckles on the street.

i want!

It's about time to show you what I've been craving lately.

Large Deep Bowl by Diana Fayt. I'm seriously thinking that my next big purchase will be a Diana Fayt ceramic. I can't wait!

I've been watching Alyson Fox for a long time. Love her work. I think I'd rather wait until I can afford an original though. She also recently launched a small clothing line.

Sunny! By blueberry bandit. He's so adorable and oh so very summery.
My list would not be complete without shoes. These Frye's are made for walking and skipping and prancing around.

seattle

I had a lovely time in Seattle. I went there on a mini-trip with my sister in law for a girls only weekend. We had a blast. I'd been there once before but it was a first for her. We didn't really have a strict itinerary, we just wanted to do some touristy stuff and then also to see some neighborhoods. We managed to go to the market, the space needle and the university and fremont districts. I scored some vintage finds that I'll show here later. In the meantime, here are some photos so show off.

We went to the aquarium and had loads of fun.

I am starting to get more fond of sea urchins. I love their vibrant color. I was able to touch one, spikey!

Rows of tulips at the market. It took a lot of willpower not to go and buy a bunch!

The Seattle Central Library is so amazing. The architecture and design is one to admire.

View of the sunset from the airplane. So long, Seattle!
